Excellent Value For Money
by bestiller on 12/26/2025 4:15:16 PM
We have owned 2 VW Atlas vehicles. 2019 SE w/ technology and 2023 SEL R-LINE Black AWD. Both were excellent vehicles. Outside of regular maintenance like oil & filter changes and tires, they were 100% dependable vehicles. We were sold on the Atlas until the V6 was replaced with a 4 cylinder turbo engine. Which means our current Atlas will be our last Atlas. IMO a 4 cylinder turbo is severely underpowered for the size of the vehicle. I can easily see problems popping up well before 100k miles. IMO, VH, had a clear winner with the V6 SEL R-Line AWD Atlas, I was sold for life, but the it's a HARD PASS on a 4cylinder turbo model. - 5.0
Amazing and super safe suv
by VWAtlas on 11/24/2025 2:53:53 AM
Amazing and huge suv- had someone pull out in front of us at an intersection at 50mph and it did it's job of sacrificing itself especially with my wife and 1 yr old kid in the car. no issues at all - did a few recalls while getting old changed and great in the snow! Inside is great esp with the coolest pano roof ever and the quad set setup- we use the trailer hitch for our hitch basket on the long trips and it keeps room for the kids and dogs. Sometimes even will throw the Yakima roof rack on and it's a super beast in storage with minimial wind noise and the sunroof stil opens even! Even though man in the us (like all the BMW SUVs) you can see and feel the German engineering vs the lighter weight competition. Gas Mileage is prob it's weakest spot but it's a huge suv.
